Terms of Service

The service

Amoryne lets you create and chat with fictional companions generated by artificial intelligence. All characters are AI-generated, are not real people, and are always designed as adults.

AI-generated responses and images are fictional and may be inaccurate. Conversations are entirely fictional: characters do not possess genuine emotions and cannot make or fulfil commitments in the real world.

Amoryne is entertainment and companionship software; it is not a substitute for professional advice or for human relationships.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials safe and for all activity on your account.

Automated systems may suspend accounts showing signs of use by a minor; a suspension can be reviewed by a human by contacting support.

Amora (virtual currency)

Amora is Amoryne's virtual currency, used for purchases within the platform — unlocking content, features, gifts and any other items that may be offered.

Amora has no monetary value, cannot be transferred between users or accounts, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be used to settle payments.

Amora granted as a subscription benefit expires at the end of the corresponding billing period, as disclosed in the offer. Amora purchased separately remains available while your account is active.

Premium subscription

Premium renews automatically at the end of each period, for the duration and price disclosed at checkout, until you cancel.

To avoid the next charge, cancel autorenewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your account settings or via support; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Annual subscriptions: we send an e-mail reminder 15 to 45 days before the renewal date.

If a renewal payment fails and is not completed within 7 days, the subscription is automatically downgraded to the free plan.

Prices may be adjusted from time to time; any increase will be communicated to you in advance of any renewal at the increased price.

You are responsible for applicable fees and taxes related to the transaction, where they apply.

Billing and disputes

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; card details never pass through our servers.

If a chargeback request is filed, the corresponding purchase or subscription is cancelled immediately and access to paid features and remaining Amora is revoked at the time the request is filed. Contact support before disputing — most cases are resolved in minutes.

To contest disputes, we share with the processor, banks and card networks records of access to and use of the service (IP, timestamps, purchase and consumption history and evidence of delivery and use of content), as described in the Privacy Policy.

Content removed or moderated for violating our policies is not refunded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service if you are under 18;
• attempt to create content depicting minors or minor-appearing characters — zero tolerance;
• use the likeness of real people, including uploading photos of real persons;
• use the service for illegal activity, harassment or spam.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

Content, ownership and licences

The Amoryne software, brand, design and characters are our property. AI-generated content within your account is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; you do not acquire ownership of characters.

By using the service you grant us a licence over what you submit (messages, character settings) limited to what is necessary to operate the service — this licence ends when the data is deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for your use of the content generated from them. AI-generated content does not represent Amoryne's opinion or endorsement.

Third-party services and links

The service may contain third-party links or integrations (for example, sign-in providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, services or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by the law of your country.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from losses, expenses and third-party claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or the law.

Changes, termination and final provisions

We may update these Terms; significant changes will be announced in the service. You may stop using Amoryne at any time and request deletion of your account; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disputes: we first seek amicable resolution through support. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms, together with the policies referenced, form the entire agreement between you and Amoryne. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
