Always true on Amoryne

• Every character is AI-generated and clearly identified as AI.
• Every character is an adult (18+). Age is fixed by the system and cannot be edited.

Strictly prohibited

• Any content depicting, suggesting or exploiting minors, or characters with minor-appearing traits, even if entirely synthetic or fictional — zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and to the competent authorities.
• Using the likeness of real people: uploading photos of real persons, attempting to recreate a real person or creating deepfakes is blocked.
• Non-consensual themes, harassment or threats.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
• Encouraging, glorifying or instructing violence, self-harm, suicide or terrorism.
• Illegal activities (including illicit drugs and weapons) and violations of third-party privacy or copyright.

Layered enforcement

• Automated filters act on prompts, and a dedicated classifier also analyses generated output before delivery.
• Prohibited topics receive safe, pre-defined responses instead of being fulfilled.
• Human review handles reports, and any content can be reported from within the product.
• Additional age checks may apply where required by local law.

Violations lead to content removal and account suspension or termination without refund.
