Content Removal & Complaints

Last updated: August 2026

Anyone — users and non-users alike — can report content or file a complaint. This page explains how, and what happens next.

How to report

Write to [email protected] with:

  • the link or exact identification of the content;
  • the reason (for example: violates the Content Guidelines, uses my likeness, infringes copyright);
  • concrete evidence supporting the report: screenshots and links; for likeness claims, proof of your identity; for copyright claims, proof of ownership of the work;
  • your contact for follow-up.

Reports without concrete evidence are not processed.

Our process

  • We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
  • We review and resolve within 7 calendar days, with every stage documented (receipt, investigation, decision and communication).
  • Removal happens after the review confirms a violation. Manifestly illegal content is removed immediately upon identification by our team.

Outcomes may include removal of the content and action on the responsible account. You will be informed of the result and may appeal; appeals are reassessed by a different reviewer from the one who made the original decision.

Copyright notices

Copyright (DMCA-style) notices follow the same channel and timeline. Include identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and a good-faith statement.
